3) PT for Worland WY, SNF ASAP
4) OT for Gold Beach/Brookings OR ASAP (acute, OP and OP hands - 30 hrs/wk)
5) PT for Wray CO, ASAP, SNF exp required
6) PT for Bullhead City AZ SNF 12/8/14 start (or later if needed)
7) COTA for Show Low AZ SNF, 12/19 start (Frid, Sat, Sun full day schedule, 1/2 day Mon - 30 hrs)
8) PT for Eagle Lake Maine, SNF (& light OP), 1/13 start (Tue-Sat) - 30 hrs/wk
VACATION Needs (will take any days of these vacations!):
1) PT or PTA for Portales NM 12/25-1/2/15
