TheraTeam is partnered with a hospital owned skilled nursing facility to find an Occupational Therapist. Their rehab service line (RSL) provides quality therapy services to a 83 bed acute care hospital, 127 bed skilled nursing facility, outpatient clinic (with aquatics) and home health. The RSL has experienced therapy staff in all our settings and act as affiliation sites for many therapy programs. The rating for rehab services is ranked in the 94th percentile by Press Ganey (FY 2012) - attesting to their dedication to quality care and services.
Primary OT (Occupational Therapist) provides occupational therapy services in fast paced Skilled Nursing Facility, responsible for completing evaluations, developing written treatment plans, and providing ongoing treatments that are designed to improve the patient's functional status in conjunction with the overall treatment objectives for both short term rehab patients as well as long term care clients.

Job Requirements
OTR: Full time, M-F with a required weekend rotation. Knowledge of MDS 4.0 and an understanding of ARDs a plus.
Must be NC licensed or eligible.
Prefer 2 years experience, but motivated new grads are encouraged to apply.
