Large, fully staffed, Skilled Nursing Facility in an excellent community with two newly renovated gyms ( one sub-acute, one LTC). Large dynamic staff and state-of-the-art equipment. Provide education and the use of electrical modalities to treat pain, contracture, wounds, falls and weakness. Wound care program utilizes modalities seating and positioning. DC Planning works very closely with nursing and social services to ensure a smooth and safe discharge to home.

Job Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards
Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in NJ
