Our Physical Therapy Department offers rehabilitation services for children of all ages, helping each child achieve his or her optimal developmental and functional levels. We provide inpatient and outpatient care for neurological, congenital, orthopedic, and developmental problems.
As the Manager of our Physical Therapy Services you will:
- Ensure the highest quality of services are provided across complex service lines
- Interview, hire and supervise a large pediatric physical therapy team
- Provide leadership for case management, quality improvement, care planning and clinical utilization

Job Requirements
To qualify, you will have:
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)
- Five years of clinical experience, including mentoring, development and training
- Two to five years experience in clinical leadership
- California PT license
- Financial operations expertise
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
- Computer proficiency
- Pediatric experience preferred
